Oversized Wood Letters: flasHy!

Add some striped sparkle to this Handsome wood letter H!

Supplies:

Unfinished wood letter of your choice from unfinishedwoodco.com

• Acrylic Paint:

– Wicker White

– Coastal Blue

– Fresh Foliage

• Glitter Paint

– Peridot

– Turquoise

• ½ “ Flat brush

• Spouncer

• Masking tape (low tack)

Instructions:

1. Basecoat letter with White, let dry.  Sand lightly.
2. Paint the entire letter with Coastal Blue, let dry.
3. Tape off stripes as shown.  Paint stripes with Fresh Foliage, let dry. **Do NOT remove tape.**
4. Using spouncer- add Peridot Glitter over Green stripes.  Remove tape BEFORE glitter dries, then let dry.
5. Tape over Green glitter.  Using Turquoise Glitter paint and spouncer add blue glitter to stripe.  Remove tape BEFORE glitter dries. Then let dry.
6.  Hang your wooden letter masterpiece!
