Spider Web Monogram

Supplies

• Unfinished Wood Co. 19.25″ Spider Web Monogram
• FolkArt Acrylic Paint – Wicker White, Licorice
• Fine black glitter
• Mod Podge, satin finish
• #12 flat brush
• Halloween scrapbook paper
• Small wooden spider
• Hot glue gun
• Mesh ribbon Halloween wreath
• Lightweight wire

TIP: For best results, let paint dry between steps.

1. Paint spider web with Wicker White.

2. Paint monogram and wooden spider with Licorice.

3. Apply Mod Podge to front of spider and monogram; sprinkle with black glitter. When dry, tap to remove excess glitter.

4. Attach spider using hot glue.

5. Cut scrapbook paper about ½” larger than web opening. Use hot glue to attach paper to back of monogram.

6. Use wire to attach monogram to wreath.
